Davenport Community School District Bag and Backpack Rule

For the security of everyone, non-athletes in attendance at events at DCSD athletic events will no longer be allowed to bring backpacks, book bags, duffle bags, string bags, or oversized purses into the stadium.  This change is being made to provide the safest possible environment for our students, families, and fans.  Our expectation is in line with policies at other sporting venues nationwide. 

Individuals who bring bags to DCSD events will be asked to place them in their vehicles.  DCSD EMPLOYEES WILL NOT store BAGS.  Individuals with bags will not be allowed entrance into athletic events.  Student-athletes in uniform and coaches will be required to place their bags in a designated area and will not be allowed to have their bags in spectator areas.  The DCSD will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items from the designated areas.
